In 2002 Andrew graduated from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, earning the MDiv and STM degrees. Ordained in 2003 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Glendale, WI, Andrew has served congregations in Missouri and Nebraska. He and Emily were betrothed in 2007 and wed the following year. I am very humbled and honored to be the Parish Office Worker at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Monett. Getting this position reminds me of Romans 12:6 which says, “We have different gifts according to the grace given us.” I thank God for the gifts He’s given to me over the years that ultimately brought me to where I am today. As it points out in the study notes of the ESV Lutheran Study Bible, “The key is to receive all gifts humbly in faith and to use them to serve others.” I seek to serve God by serving the congregational family of which I am blessed to be a member.
Previously I was employed at Nestleroad & Roberts, Optometrists. I have worked in various other medical setting as well as having had office jobs throughout my career. I graduated from Aurora High School after moving there from Cassville during grade school.
My family includes my best friend and husband, Tim; our son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Brook; and our daughter, Alicia.
Those who know me well know that family is my most treasured blessing from God and that includes my congregational family! Our congregation is full of caring, loving people…come join us and see for yourself!!
